1 : Are you a factory or trading company?
A : We are a factory, we have 1000+ 3D printer and CNC machines and our factory covers an area of 3000 square meters.
2 : What kind of information you need for quoting?
A : Please send us the product drawing to us in Stp or IGS or X_T, then we will evaluate the cost of the product to you.
3 : What shall we do if we don't have drawings?
A : Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy and provide you better solutions. If send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length, Hight, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you.
4 : Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?
A : Yes, we will keep them well and not release to third party without your permission.We could sign an NDA to make sure your ideas are protected.
5 : How long is your bulk production?
A : Generally, we need 5~10 days for prototype order, but it can be shortened for urgent order.
6 : How to delivery the goods?
A : We deliver the products by courier company.
